This complaint is against FromYouFlowers.com. I got an email FromYouFlowers.com. I showed a sale on a number of flower arrangements. The sale was $10 off. I picked a $29.99 arrangement which showed a full array of flowers. At least a dozen flowers show in the picture. I paid for same day delivery to my wife. It cost about $37.00 even with the sale. There was one
hour and ten minutes left for same day delivery according to the web site. I got a call about 2 hours later from From you Flowers. The lady said that they were unable to deliver the flowers that day but would deliver it the next day.
They would take off the same day charge and upgrade the flowers. She also said that she would let my wife know that I tried to send them on the day before.
I came home the next day and looked for the flowers. I initially did not see them. I saw a thin small vase with three flowers in it.
One of the flowers was missing some petals. A card was beside the flowers from Flower Patch. I could not believe how bad the arrangement was. I called Flower Patch. A gentleman tells me that they did the best that they could. The company
From You Flowers only gave them $19.99 for the arrangement.
So From You Flowers shows a really nice arrangement; tells you that there is a sale on it but actually just orders the lower priced arrangement. Then Flower Patch gives you a ridiculous item. I have pictures that I will show of the sad arrangement.
I contacted From You Flowers and asked that the original arrangement be delivered. They instead offered me 15% off. I rejected that so they offered me a $20.00 off coupon for my next order. I assume that such a coupon would result in the same rip off. I rejected that by sending them an email back and stated that I was going to file complaints on them and Flower
Patch. I copied my email account and there was no problem with the email. I got an email back from From You Flowers saying that the email was blank. Thinking that they were sincere I sent the email again. They wrote back and said the
same thing! Not only did they rip off me but they were being unprofessional and childlike.
I think Flower Patch did a very poor job on the arrangement and did not care about a customer. All I wanted to do was show my wife that I loved her and instead I look like a cheap B******.
