Unless it is Fry's Offering the rebate, which 9 times out of 10, it is NOT then it is the fault of the manufacturers. If you purchase a Sony CD-RW, and the rebate says Sony Rebate Claim Center -- then please tell me how it would be Fry's Electronic's fault if you never receive the rebate? PLEASE, to everyone a favor and refile this complain against the manufacture of the product -- the real culpurt of the rebate problem! Fry is not responsible for this... Also, to take note to details and check all the fine print on the rebate form, this is often the fail point of most rebates and why they never receive the check. The ONLY two types of rebate related problems that I have seen which can be attributed to Fry's Electronics would be: (1) the wrong rebate form was given to the customer (but if they read the fine print they would have realized this before they send in their origional UPS and sales receipt!); and (2) they incorrectly advertised the rebate ammount. (the form says $20 for model EZ-200, but only $10 for model EZ-100 -- but they print in the ad a $20 rebate on the EZ-100)... These would be cases for a REAL CLAIM against Frys, otherwise, point that finger towards the manufacture...
