It is hilarious that this business owner has more spelling errors in his Rebuttal than the original complaint by Guess Who. Not only does he misspell business but he has no clue how to use basic contractions learned in 3rd or 4th grade. This guy is obviously and ignorant MFer.

Lack of payment after resigination would be due too one major item! I can post our employment contract if need be. The contract clearly states anyone who abandons their files or loans will forfit all commision due. Its amazing how someone can post a report so easily when they feel no one is looking, but once there called out, we dont seem to hear from them anylonger. On a side note, you never see spelling errors or grammar errors in postings of people who claim to be ripped offed. If you cant read or spell I can see how they feel they have been scammed. There are many bussiness named on this website with stellar reputaions, and its a shame people who are'nt given services for free feel scammed. If your a potential client of any company named on this site, you should look at the track record, not one rougue person. Their are many scams out their, but our state and federal governing bodies do a prety good job keeping the scamers off the street. Check the companies licensing, in our case would be the California Dept of Real Estate. The secretary of State also posts companies who have good standing as well. I wish all the so called people who were scammed well, and rememeber one thing, if things dont go your way, you must have been scamed!
