FTD.com ONLINE FLORIST WHO REALLY DOES NOT DELIVER Downers Grove Illinois
Ordered a very expensive and special flower arrangement for a funeral. My friend's mother had died.
No delivery of flowers and no reply to 7 telephone messages left and 5 emails!
They did indeed take payment for the flowers and I have not heard from them at all.
Letter on way to them.
Also note.. FTD advertize free delivery but then charge you $14.95 at checkout!
Buyers beware!

This report is not about FTD.COM from Downersgrove, IL this is about Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte out of Los Angeles, CA. I know this because they have a service fee of $14.95 and FTD.COM has a service fee of $14.99 or $16.99. When you call FTD.COM you do NOT have to leave messages you get customer service who can look up your order, when calling Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte you get their order processing center that only places orders and leaves messages for Floral Originals.
