Dear Ms. SW Koh, During the tape-recorded verification of your purchase, you clearly stated that you understood the package was not free and not something you won. All consumers are told the package price and asked to pay the fees during our one and only telephone call. You stated, on tape, that you were aware of and authorized the charges to be placed on your credit card. In that your credit card could not hold the total package price at the time of our conversation, we offered you the opportunity to pay half at that time and the balance in 30 days. You understood and accepted those terms, again, during the tape-recorded conversation. Regarding your cancellation request, you purchased a non-refundable package. You were told during the tape-recorded conversation all relevant details of this promotional offer, including all costs involved and that this was a NON-REFUNDABLE purchase that you were making. You stated you understood and agreed. Some non- or lesser-discounted packages we offer have limited cancellation periods. However, the highly discounted travel package that you purchased from us on April 4, 2003, is non-refundable. We are at a loss how it is you are another victim being cheated. We offered you a tremendous travel package at a highly discounted price, you agreed to the package price and the terms, and your product was shipped.
