I got a telephonecall last monday with a person called Aaron Cunningham, promotion director number 675 at Fulfillment International Corporation, with a happy message... I WON A VACATION FOR TO, which was a 12 days/11 nights package costing $4800,- including bla, bla, bla, bla... You know it all.

After aproximatly 30 minuttes off overflow informasjon i hang up, with a sattisfied feeling of beeing the lucky winner of...uhmm...well...what did i exactly win?

I had a talk with my girlfriend about this after that, and she was not so optimistic as i was at all. Won a vacation? Then what was i paying right now? Taxes and fees was told by this person... $937,- in taxes?

I began to think more about this and tried to call the costumerservice at the telephonenumber i got by this gentlemen, just to get more informasjon. It was an answermachine, adressing me to their email-adress. So i didn't hassitate and send a message to them right away...

No answer from there either. I tried again, with the message that i wanted to stop the payment, one way or an other if no responce would appear. They respondet by telling me, twice, to adjust myself to them in an appropied way. I blocked my card right before receiving those mails, but they allready charged me by $488,-.

I have been sending many emails after that, asking them to confirm my request to cancel this purchage, and pay back the amount they took from my VISA, but i do not get any answer anymore, from their socalled "friendly customerservice"(if this is for real at all???).

In my last request i wrote them i wanted their confirmation, or i else would consider publishing this case on this webside, as at national media, but even then they don't seem to care. I even send it by fax!!!

Still now i want to give them the benefitt of the doubt, cause there could be an explination for these buggs, but it's up to them to proof me wrong in thinking that this corporation does indeed intens to ripp off their customers.

I also like to mention that this problem accured due my lack of knowledge to ALL english terms. I didn't realise that "discount" means "price reduced". I thought i won this vacation for free, and didn't think about nothing else at that moment!!!

I will not give up untill i got reaction, and hope it will result in getting back my money, such as a real travel agency would admit, without having their customers fighting for it.

Hello F.I.C.? Do you run a rip-off business? If not, proof it!!!

LUCKY ME!! At last i can breath easier again, caused by a total refund of the money taken, by F.I.C.I tried to explain my behavier to them (by sending an email offcourse), but i only received this answer by a guy named Bob. I quote; "If you had bothered to check those sites first you would have found out that the people who are using the FAKE customercare email address are scammers." I don't know what he meant exactly with that statement, but i got my money back, at last, so to be hounest; I DON'T CARE!!! I hope this is helping to inform others, that regardless to the promisses and offers you get from a person you can't see: NEVER GIVE AWAY MORE INFORMASJON THEN YOUR NAME AND ADRESS!!! Kind Regards, PS: I was told by the mainoffice off VISA, that a amount taken through VISA, in fact only is an amoujnt reservated on your acount, and that it should be processed by the company reservating, by transmitting it through a sort off paymentsystem, within 48 hours. VISA only gives a garantee within 48 hours. After that the reservation is redrawn!!!

We trust that this confirmation will clear up any misunderstandings that may have occurred due to the apparent language barriers. Sincerely, Accounting Department Fulfillment International Corporation Now, isn't it ironic that i received this answer not long after prenouncing my report on this webside?? EIther way it will not be for real to me before i see their reservated amount back on my acount. It is still reservated by their company... More update to come. (still sceptical) but kind regards.
