The most important fact to note is when a customer orders tickets for any event we deliver them as promised, as for unhappy or disgruntled employees we have a hard time answering anonymous unwarranted complaints. However, we wish to set the record straight and offer an apology to this former contractor who seems unhappy, we have been in business for 15 years and pride ourselves on delivering tickets for any event at a fair price. We have been in business for quite some time and have tried many different compensation packages for Independent Contractors that wish to sell tickets or deliver tickets for us to resell. Some of these programs have been a huge success while some other programs have been a miserable failure which just migh be the case with this ex contractor. We are sorry that this contractor was unhappy with us and offer our deepest apologies. Regarding the condition of our office, we were not happy with our space either and have moved to a larger more appealing facility which will help us better serve our customers, employees and contractors.
