Furniture Saving Center ripoff North highlands California
Two years ago, I spent $10,000 dollars on furniture, at the furniture saving center.I bought 6 captian single beds,2 sectionals,coffee table and 2 end tables,a lamp and a entertainment center,since i purchased these items most of them has broken and fallen apart,alls i have left are the 2 sectionals in which 1 of them has broken,i purchased this sectional with a 5 year warrranty.
the loveseat broke the first time in june of 2003,they did have it fixed,unfortunately they shortened the loveseat about 2 inches shorter than the rest of the sectional then the other end broke,so i called and complained to the owner, about what had happened to my loveseat,she said that she would have her wharehouse manager call me within 48 hours, that was about 7 months ago,so i continueously called on a regular basis to try to resolve this matter, unfortunately they will not honor my warranty
