I ordered my furniture from Furniturepm.com on 10/25/12. They told me 2-3 weeks for delivery. It was over 2 months and no one ever returned my calls or e-mails. When my furniture finally came the shipping company was not aware that they were responsible for putting things together and cleaning up their mess. I paid for White Glove Delivery. The sofa was not able to fit in my apartment, so I wanted to send it back. Furniturepm said if I sent it back - I would have to pay for return shipping, re-stocking fee and any other fee they could come up with. They said I had to keep the furniture and I could "take it or leave it" according to Steve. My lamps were never shipped with my order and they said they could not credit the original method of payment and that they would need to send me a check.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they were not able to give me the supervisor's name or phone number. The supervisor would have to call me. I asked "how would I know that this person would actually be a "supervisor"? Steve responsed "I guess you won't".  Of course, a supervisor has never called me. My advise for all future buyers is beware. If it sounds too good to be ture - then it is. The furniture they deal with is mostly Ashley. My next step is to call Ashley and let them know what kind of company is representing their furniture.
