Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I shipped two loads for them on November 29th and  30th in 2014. The customer was USPS and I shipped round trip from Indianapolis, IN to Columbia, SC and back. $1300 for one way.

They were originally going to pay in quickpay, but they didn't. I called so many times to talk to anyone who would explain things to me.

No response from billing or the broker, who would just connect me to billing everytime I talked to him.

And billing department was just an answering machine. Nobody picked up the phone, or they told me to call the next day.

I filed a surety claim against them on January 19th, 2015, and received a response that they were going to pay me for one load, and the reason they delayed my payment was that they did not have all my paperwork/information in their system.

Meaning they booked me on a load before verifying my information or adding me into their system. Which is unusual and unprofessional. Most brokers take my information, verify it and then give me rate confirmation.

For the other load, initially they said they're trying to get the money from the customer, and it's taking some time.

Then, couple of weeks later, they changed their story: they said the load was cancelled in their records, or they gave the load to someone else. They showed a little snippet of their computer screen where in their system it said the load was cancelled.

I was never notified. They have no proof of telling me the load was cancelled. No email, no phone calls.

The shipper, on the other hand, provided us with all the paperwork, Bill of Lading papers for both loads.

Even though the backhaul was empty, broker had agreed to pay for the empty load as long as we report back to Indianapolis.  The load was empty, the shipper didn't seal it but told the driver to report back to the Indianapolis receiving location.

FX Logistics is refusing to pay for the load even though we have Bill of Lading papers (PS form 5397, and PS form 5398-A) and all the proof that we shipped round trip.

I've sent many emails, called them every week, and sent them the invoice and BOL papers at least five times.

Two days ago, they sent me $150 check, as a way of saying that they're paying for a cancelled load. They still owe me $1300, over 3 months later, and all the trouble they've caused me, wasting my time waiting on them to respond to my emails, or answer their phone.

Hello - I am a Transportation Investigator who specializes with these type of issues of getting the carrier paid... Fortunately I have dealt with this group before regarding a simular complaint. I was able to get the other trucking company paid in full for their services rendered within 2weeks... I can assist you.

If you are interested in discussing this you may call me 972/513/5824

Thank you

Jay
