Gables Residences - Aqua Isles, Dania Beach, FL Unsafe Townhomes, Long-time residents are Passive Aggressive Dania Beach Florida
I moved into this community in November 2014. There are so many things that was not disclosed when I signed the lease. I wanted to continue on with Comcast, yet this fairly new community failed to run fiber optic hence you cannot get Comcast here. The rent is too high for the area and the size of the Townhomes, they are too narrow. Walls are thin, so expext to hear your neighbors.
The worse thing yet are the long-time residents here feel entitled to the parking space even though it does not belong to them. In particular, there's a couple that lives here, Raymond Santos and Aleth Belmonte Santos, who are just about the worst neighbors. They will intimidate neighbors especially when they have sort of claimed their parking space, they are very ghetto especially Aleth Belmonte Santos, who according to neighbors suffers from mental illness. It's not safe to be around these people. I have complained about them, yet Gables only cares about filling these expensive tonwhomes and does not care about the safety of the residents.
