I was A loyal customer to Gaiaonline.com A online community.I've Spent $100's On my account using Paypal.Yesterday I've received an e-mail on May 9th stating my account is permanently banned Due to hacking.

Which Is a false Statement.Gaia Online Both Bans you & keeps your payment. This Is very unlawful & a huge rip off. This is also a huge scam for 13yr old kids.Who Is Gaia being runned by?More than that Why are they banning the users under false accusations?

There are many users on Gaiaonline who have the same problem. They are banned & forced to start a new account just so they can re-profit from them. This is a very bad business & needs to be looked into more. And that Is just one problem that they have. What people also need to know,Is this site really safe for kids?It really isnt,They say its suitable for kids at the age of 13.There is cybering in the site,R-rated topics,Yet alone the user names on the site.

I DIDN"T SEE TOO MUCH THERE FOR KIDS WHEN I VISITED THAT SITE!

My friend was a serious gamer and there was a group of serious gamers on that site and NONE of them were KIDS! These guys were all in their 20s and 30s and NO KIDS INVOLVED! I went to the site to check it out and found what was transpiring there so banal and puerile that I left and never went back. I don't have the coordination or the time to play video games for hours and drink beer and hang with the buds. It is a great place for people who like anime though. I was BORED. A couple of days later, I went back to the computer to type a term paper for college and I find a scratched-off GAIA card for some money--like one of those pre-paid phone cards you get at the Dollar Store ( if you are smart). I asked my roomie what was up and HE said he met a lady on the site and she had asked him to buy her some stuff so he had done that for her and I thought A CYBERHUSTLER! When I explained to him how a hustler works, he didn't do it again but I suspect there is a lot of that going on that site. For instance, this is CYBERSPACE -- you are giving them real money for items that are created out of dancing electrons that does not even exist in real life like your money does, at least until you spend it on things in a cyberworld that does not exist! A WHOLE LOT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL KIDS ( MANY OF WHOM APPEAR TO BE INTO GOTH & OCCULT EXPERIENCES), ADULTS, COLLEGE-AGED ANIME COLLECTORS & GAME PLAYERS AND A LOT OF UNDERCOVER CYBER COPS MONITORING THE PROCEEDINGS TO BUST ANYONE THEY THINK IS A PEDOPHILE. SOUNDS LIKE A REAL HAPPY PLACE, OK. LUFTMENSCH is Yiddish for a con artist. He is gifted in the art of creating things out of ait ( "Luft") and taking your money and what did you get for it? AIR. JUST AIR. AIR AND DANCING ELECTRONS AND IMAGES ON A SCREEN THAT FADE AS SOON AS YOU TURN OFF THE COMPUTER. Come to think about it, this is a great but painful way to teach your kid about real life, the value of a dollar and the real value of a real dollar NOT to be wasted in a make-believe cyberworld of delusions and air...
