Ervins Gailiss Pirated Software Beware ripoff Riga Europe
Hi, my name is Jared and I bought a copy of Quicken 2005 Premier Home&Business thinking the software was legitimate. I was going to also buy a copy of MS Windows XP Professional.
What stopped me was the fact that I had $6.10 USD left on my gift card from Charter One that I used to purchase Quicken with. However I went shopping at two separate places and the card was denied when I tried to purchase anything less then the amount remaining on the card. So I'm thinking that soft4download placed some weird type of program on the card that keeps trying to grab money off of it!
I then called 1-800-RULEGIT and sure enough Microsoft DOES NOT sell any of their software in download format!!! So beware they are taking software which is probably pirated to begin with, and reselling it for a profit. It may be cracked or maybe got their hands on a pirated corporate key.
Either way you are taking a big risk when downloading software from their server. Not to mention it is probably the same pirated software people are getting off P2P file sharing applications. If it seems to good to be true it probably is!
