GameTables4Less Took our $$$ - didn't ship order - RIP OFF Coconut Creek Florida
DO NOT ORDER FROM GameTables4Less!!!!!
We ordered a replacement pool table cloth on May 29, seller didn't confirm, followed up on June 9 asking about shipment. Seller stated would ship on Monday June 11th, I followed up on June 15 asking for status, NO REPLY FROM SENDER. I followed up via email again on June 26 - NO REPLY FROM SENDER.
I immediately escalated via PayPal as we purchased, PayPal filed a claim, the seller had 10 days to reply or refund, they IMMEDIATELY refunded the money. Obviously they had no intention of providing our product but took our money and ignored any communications from us.
Do not order from them, they take your money and then do nothing.
Afterwards we saw a few more reviews on various sites including BBB and Ripoff.com and many people had issues with receiving broken orders and the seller would do nothing.
Lesson learned about reading all reviews first, just lucky we ordered via PayPal so we were protected.
This has been going on for years from what we can see, very disappointing they are still in business and keep doing this to people.
BUYER BEWARE!
