There are a couple of things I did not make clear in my original post. Things between GDS and I went well until a teleconference I had with Tommy (one of the owners) and one of his employees from Florida. In this conversation, I explained that because Tommy was literally DAILY changing his mind about the details of the changes to his computer system, the costs to develop it were about 2 to 3 times what they should have been. (Total, about $20,000.) This seemed to upset Tommy a little, and at that point I should have been more alert. However, I wasn't and I allow Tommy to manipulate me to complete the project with deferred payment. About a month later, in October, Tommy committed to paying the remaining balance of the bill (a bit less than $5800). By the week before Thanksgiving, he was no longer talking to me. After tricking him into taking my call a couple of weeks later, I explained that I needed to be paid, and he argued with me, complaining about all the money he had spent, and blaming me for problems he was having with his server. (Which he never asked me to work on, so it is not my responsibility. As an aside, I *warned* him about the possibility of server problems if he did not make some changes I suggested, but he was too busy going to Costa Rica to sell some property to look into it.) I then contacted his controller Andrew (who is in their Arizona office), trying to negotiate to get paid. After about 4 weeks, Andrew was removed from the negotiations by Tommy and Pete, the owners. Tommy has not returned any of my phone calls since. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
