Garcenia aka Cellista Labs I myself was a victim I called them within the 14 days period free trials but they said they can't find my name so nothing to worry about guess what on Feb 16 I have 2 charged of $79.95 I called BOFA to file a dispute charged explaining the situation that I only took 4 pills because there was a side effects for me. This Products is not even FDA approved. Free trials start the day you placed the order what a shocking to me ! This is something new to me this company is very bad. BOFA billing dispute dept refuse to file a dispute claim. So what I did I called the 8006761586 talk to Jose ID#0043 he gave me an RMA# and the address where I can return the products and assured me that They will refund the money. Please do not buy this products they are the worst SCAMMERS you will ever encounter in your life, once again products that they are offer for free are not FDA approve, the terms and conditions are very deceiving. BY THE WAY , when you receive the products there's no invoice inside the package just only the products that is how they deceive their customer they just really after for your money heck! that I will pay $5 per bottle for this product Norcross Georgia
Just like them, I am a victim of the Garcinia and TR CleansI ordered on line because their promo is 14 days risk free trial I ordered it on Jan 29 , received the 2 bottles of pills on February 5th after taking 4 pills I stopped it because I had a stomach pain when I took my first 2 pills, the next day I tried it again 2 pills same I felt a stomach pain so I stopped using it. Called them on Feb 9th to cancel any future order but the Customer Support said that he cannot find my name nor my phone# in the system so He said that I have nothing to worry because my name is not in the system. Shocking when I checked my credit card I have 2 charged of $79.95 called BOFA immediately to inform them that I am disputing the charged and the results I am very disappointed the way they handle it because they don't listen to me they insist with the company policy.
The next day I called Garcinia I spoke with JoseID#0043 because they are not allowed to give their last name I told him that I am going to return the products he gave me the RMA Number and the mailing address at Planet Fullfillment Attention: Cellista Labs 1900 Beaver Ridge Circle Norcross, GA 30071 and assured me that they will refunded once they receive the return products.
My final thought, this products is not an FDA approved, the free 14 days free trial is a scam because the counting start the day you place the order that is according to their terms, the shipping cost of 4.95 per bottle is what you will going to pay but what they didn't tell you is how much will it cost you after 14 days risk free trial again the amount was mentioned on their terms and agreement, SCAMMERS yes that is the right words what they only want really is your money. Although I resolved my issue and will get my money back I do not want you to be victim heck! I will pay this Garcinia for $79.95 + $4.95 shipping cost . Once again they represent their products very well ads is superb they even use the celebrity guest where did they get the money to pay them from us the consumer that is why they hide the tag price per bottle because they knew no one will going to buy for it. So the best way is to put all this scam words on their terms and agreement once you order and you give your credit cards you now consider yourself a victim.
