Garcia Media Group, a.k.a. SXR.CA has not delivered the DVD's I ordered a month ago despite their claim of 10 - 14 day delivery.

There is no way to call them and my email inquiries are returned with anonymously written excuses. STAY AWAY form these guys.

I to placed an order with this company in hopes to receive the item in question.I received an e-mail back from them stating that my credit card cancelled this order for one of the following reasons [they listed quite a few] I checked with the bank and what I did was put in the wrong 3 digit code on the back of the card as requested by this site. I then went to paypal and ordered the item through them. Every time I e-mailed this company I did get a response back. After a couple of weeks went by I again notified them via e-mail and was told that they would file a claim with the PO and get back with me. After several days went by I haven't heard a word from them so I again e-mailed them telling them that I'm tired of e-mailing you about this order so what I'm going to do is contact my credit card I had on file with paypal. [I have a platinum credit card and one of it's benefits is that if you DID NOT receive the merchandise I will NOT be charged for it]. 2) I let them know that what the credit card company is going to do is electroniclly transfer the money back out of [his] account and back into mine. [which is true] and the next morning I received an e-mail from paypal that this company had in deed transfered all of my money back into my account. 1) If you purchased anything from any company with a credit card, know your credit card agreement rules about this kind of scams. They will ask you for all information about them [the company in question] and the transaction such as all e-mail to and from the company. 2) They will ask you to file a report with them and they will send you a form letter to fill out and attach all e-mails to the report, if you have a phone # and address where the business is located give that to them as well. 3) Don't tell them that your going to take legal action against them because if the company is scamming people don't tip them off about your battle plan because they will just up and relocate. 4) If your credit company does the same as mine, then just e-mail them and let them know in a cool calm and collective tone that since a reasonable amount of time has expired and no results that your [banking institution] will be electroniclly transfer my [yours] money back into my [your] account.
