On APRIL 21ST 2007 I TOOK MY 4POUND TOY POODLE TO Gayle's Grooming and Boarding to be groomed This was her 1st time there. When i picked pebbles up the groomer stated that pebbles had bit her and i ask the groomer what she was doing when Pebbles bit her she stated that she had had put her on the grooming table and was trying to put a lesh on her and thats when pebbles bit her.
When she brought Pebbles to me Pebbles did not act right she acted scared sleepy skitish, so I took her and left. We stoped by my dads and stayed a while and Then came home. i PUT PEBBLES IN HER CRATE AND WENT TO BED FOR THE NIGHT at 3:00 sunday morning pebbles woke me up crying !!! When I picked her up her eyes looked like they were filled with blood so I called my vet he told me to try eye drops and if that did not work to call him back so I did it did not work. I e-mailed the vet pic of her eyes when he saw them he called me back and ask me to bring her in.
And I did he looked her over and said that she had burtal blunt trama to her eyes. She also has a blood clot under neath her left eye. i have a statement from him. also pic. And a statement from the groomer that has always groomed Pebbles that states she has groomed her sence she was 5 weeks old and has never had a problem.
I contacted the groomer and ask to speek with Gayle Decker (The owner) to let her know what the vet said and she stated to me that she tapes all the grooming that is done . I ask her if I could groom the tape she said take me to court if you want to see it . She said your dog hit her head on a iorn bed and she laughed and hung up on me !
2 days later she called and said I was a crazy women.
When the county Att. of harned contacted her she stated to him that the tape had been erased. My poodle has not been the same sence and she has went through so much I can not say that my dog was hit but I can say while she was in this Groomers care something happen to her.
