I worked for GC SERVICES for 8 1/2 years. I was a very dedicated and dependable employee.

  • I disputed a score on a call that was  done thru the quality department. Which is the right of employees should they disagree with score.

  • I did not directly reply back to a question that was asked to by a floor walker, which is not a supervisor may I add, because i was on the phone with a customer.

  • These are the reasons I was terminated from my position.

If you do what you're supposed to do, they'll keep you not fire you. If they fire you it's for not doing something.

I will not say my name place of employment or what i was hired for due to what i shall believe is confidentiality agreement. I was a former high executive of a Fortune 500 company that tanked. After months of looking for a job i took friends and family advice and decided to apply to gc services for employment. Never in my 8 years of employment and working have I ever seen a company with such an unprofessional mentality. After a week of training I was let go. I was pretty much told I was too smart by being tech savoy and too professional to work there. I dressed nice and did not wear casual clothes but the tie and dress slacks my former positions demanded and as I had always expected of people to wear in a work environment. My training class of current employees who had been there for years, months, and weeks. Felt intimidated by my dress and my knowledge. My training manager felt that I was being rude to her by wearing professional garb explaining my previous positions and answering questions she asked thoroughly to what my opinion was of benefiting the entire class. Never have I seen a company not seek leadership, professionalism, knowledge, and experienced individuals. The management teams were ill dress and acted as if going to work was a game and not a beneficial experience to help the customers and further their knowledge. They treated work as if its a dodge or hustle. Do not expect much from this company after not even getting on the phone but seeing how their employees act I would expect rudeness and improper knowledge. The FTC should look into this company because I can almost guarantee they give out false knowledge or do not even properly look up knowledge. I was told to say I use product I don't even own. Horrible company to work for and horrible company to work with. I pray that companies who outsource themselves to this company realize they are held liable for this company's actions and can be sued accordingly.
