gc services citibank for home depot very rude asked about my house how much it was worth and asked were my sons fathere was and why don't i have a job houston, Texas
i had a letter from this company and i called to let them know that i have gotten the letter i have been paying 10.00 a month to this company and i have no lost my job it h as been 3 weeks and when i was talking to the rep about my problem he had to ask were is ure sons father i told him that was not of his buniess were my sons father so i told him what happened . then he keep asking me how much is ure house worth i told him i have no idea i am still paying on it then he asked me when was i getting a job i said hello i was let go after 10 years being with a company what do u want me to do then he asked me again well can u borrow money from freinds and family can u take it out of ure 401 k i said no and we would not stop giving up he keep going and going made me really upset so what do i do about this should i call and complain to his sup or what i have no job i can pay what i can this is a unsecured debt they can't do a dang on thing when they have been expecting the check and cashing them what do i do

I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME READING THIS DUE TO THE TOTAL LACK OF PUNCTUATION.
I WONDER WHAT SORT OF JOB WOULD NOT AT LEAST REQUIRE SOME WRITING SKILLS IN 10 YEARS.
THEY CAN NOT COLLECT A DEBT THAT IS OLDER THAN TWO YEARS ON AN UNSECURED LOAN. IT IS ILLEGAL.
BUT THEY HAVE A WAY OF GETTING AROUND THAT AND MOST PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT AND THEY ARE DONE IN BY THEIR OWN UNAWARENESS.
VULTURES LIKE THIS PREY ON THE IGNORANT AND UNINFORMED.
CHANGE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER.
GET AN UNLISTED AND UNPUBLISHED LAND LINE IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT.
EVERY TIME YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND TELL THESE COLLECTION AGENCY PEOPLE ANYTHING, YOU ARE GIVING THEM MORE INFORMATION TO HARASS YOU.
THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND AN UNLISTED AND UNPUBLISHED TELEPHONE NUMBER AT YOUR HOUSE. YOU WILL NOT BE HEARING FROM THEM AGAIN.
IF THEY ARE CALLING YOUR CELL PHONE, YOU CAN SCREEN YOUR CALLS BY HAVING A SPANISH OR OTHER FOREIGN LANGUAGE SPEAKING FRIEND SAY --IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE THAT "THE PERSON YOU WISH TO SPEAK TO HAS CHANGED THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER AND CAN NO LONGER BE REACHED AT THIS ADDRESS. YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THEIR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE AT THE SOUND OF THE BEEP." GET YOUR FOREIGN LANGUAGE FRIEND TO RECORD THIS GREETING MESSAGE ON YOUR CELL PHONE FOR YOUR INCOMING CALLS AND SCREEN ALL OF YOUR CALLS TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT A DEBT COLLECTOR. THEY USE A LOT OF SCAMS AND PRETEXTS BUT YOU HAVE TO BE SMARTER THAN THEY ARE.
OK, NOW PROGRAM IN ALL THE NUMBERS OF YOUR FRIENDS AND THE PEOPLE YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO AND CHECK THE CALLER ID AND HANG UP ON THE PEOPLE WHERE THE NUMBER IS BLOCKED OR THE CALLER IS UNKNOWN.
PEACE AND QUIET.
IF THEY SEND BILLS TO YOUR HOUSE, JUST MARK THEM RETURN TO "SENDER, ADDRESSEE NOT HERE."
AND DID I MENTION MOVE IF YOU CAN AND NOT HAVE ANY MAIL FORWARDED BECAUSE ONLY YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SHOULD KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE AND IT SHOULD BE ONLY FAMILY WHO WON'T SELL YOUR ADDRESS TO THE COLLECTING AGENCY BECAUSE A LOT OF THEM DO. SAME FOR SO-CALLED FRIENDS.
ANYTIME YOU TELL THE COLLECTION AGENCY THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU OWE THE BILL OR YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU OWE THE BILL AFTER IT HAS BEEN TWO YEARS, THEY CAN CONTINUE TRYING TO COLLECT IT. SO DO NOT TALK TO THEM AND I JUST SHOWED YOU HOW. SEND THEM NOTHING.
