GC Services Harassing phone calls Houston Texas
This company calls constantly, despite being told repeatedly that my son does not live at the address they are calling, nor is that his phone number. They have hung up on me when I have asked who is calling, and once a caller started screaming at me when I told him not to call me again. They have repeatedly asked me to take a message, which I have refused to do and told them as much, and ask my relationship to him.
I have looked at my caller ID to find as many as 12 calls in a row from this company. I have had them absolutely refuse to give the company name, or to give a name of the caller. During the most recent call I told them that I had now made repeated requests for them to stop calling, to which "Crystal" responded, "I don't have any record of that in front of me."
She hung up after I told her I could give her dates, times, and the names of the company representatives I had now told to stop calling me. This is now bordering on harassment, with extremely rude and nasty representatives, and I would love to hold them accountable for repeated calls after being requested to stop. The next complaint is going to the Maryland Attorney General's Office, with some hope of relief.

via certified mail with return receipt requested Keep copies of all this information Been there done that - sued one of these bottom feeders and won!!! They want their so called "money" but since I won my suit they have not paid me or my attorney a dime Get informed -

you simply do not have to let them get to you like this. WHY on earth do you give them so much power over you? Getting angry and frustrated does YOU no good....nor do they care or listen to your denials and such. Merely hang the phone up when you realize who it is. If your caller ID shows the number....pick up and hangup....all in one fluid motion.......or......when they ask for your son or whoever......say "just a minute let me get him"......and lay the phone down and walk away......play some music for them.....blow a whistle into the phone......scream....any number of things. I cant imagine giving anyone this much power over me...especially someone I do not know or like.

Since you are getting harrassing phone calls from this agency . Why don't you call the phone company about putting a block on thier #s so they can no longer contact you. If they did that to me I would hang up on them when they start sceaming @ me. When something comes in the mail from them send a stop contact letter certified. A collection agency called me every 20 min at 1 time so I did a stop contact letter and they never contacted me again. Also never give out bank imformation
