Opened credit in Feb 04 for medical balance. Company sent 1st statement on time. Next statement was due in Mar 04 but never arrived. I contacted company who immediately said my address was incorrect. I had already found this website and the bad business practices of this company and asked her how it was that I received my 1st statement. She could not explain to me. She said the payment/late fee would be waived since the address was incorrect.

3 business days later a man called my husband demanding payment or account was going to collections. Him and I had already discussed my conversation and all the negative information I found on the internet. My husband demanded a supervisor as there appeared to be no note in the system regarding my conversation. A woman came on the phone found the note about waiving the late fee but it wouldn't be done until the end of the contract. My husband told her that wasn't good enough and if it wasn't off by next statement that we would involve federal authorities, BBB, etc.

Woman stated that she would personally take care of the late fee. As of now we are still waiting for the fix.

Do not use this company if at all possible. I saw one "praise" for this company. Must be an employee or something. I do not know how these people sleep at night.
