On August 3, 2018 I used my Mastercard to purchase the THINKBOOK X10 HYBRID (WINDOWS 10) laptop computer from Gem Loop for $129.99. Here it is October 17, 2018 and I still have not received my computer, I also "tracked" my order number, 37048, and it stated "cannot find order". How am I to get my money back?
