I have order email readings from this psychic twice, onece approximately 2 years ago and again on 9/24/15. The first experience wasn't too bad; he was responsive and somewhat on target with his response. In the most recent reading, however, it was evident that his tactics had completely changed and his ONLY motifivation and interest was getting more money. Instead of answering my question, he just told me to focus on one thing at a time and if I wanted answers, I should enter his Private Chat room (which costs by the minute). About 90% of his email response was a heavy-handed sales tactic to get me to spend more money, and that's certainly not what customers pay for when they spend $15 for one email reading. I noticed this same activity and response from one other psychic, LoveDrNikki. I had the same exact experience with her. I don't know if they're being pushed by Oranum to use these heavy-handed sales tactics or if it's their own choice, but they're not providing even the most basic of the service that they're selling anymore. Customers shouldn't pay $15 to receive an email with an advertisement. I've also noticed that Oranum has changed all of their policies, not preventing psychics from discussing anything in free chat or giving away free cards. While this company and its psychics were questionable before, now there's no doubt whatever so that the entire company and its psychics are scams and they're only concern is getting more and more money.
