I purchased a DIY security system costing over $1,600.00 and attempted to install. My install appointment was nat 9:30 AM Central time. The tech called at 8:38 AM to start install. I had 9 telephone conversations with technical help and they were not able to make the thermostat, doorbell camera, and three other video cameras work.
I flew to Texas to install the system on a new house I purchased and am leaving on Sunday. They want me to delay my return flight to accomodate additional technical calls next week. I requested an RMA number to return the alarm system and they said there is a 20% restocking fee to return equipment which bthey admitted they can't make work. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THIER CUSTOMER TECNICL SUPPORT RANGES BETWEEN AWFUL AND NON_EXISTENT
