George Lukovenko - NY Contractor Deadbeat
George Lukovenko, doing contracting work in New York City, would subcontract out plumbing work to another contractor. He would ask for money to pay the subcontractor and them keep it for himself. The subcontractor filed a lien against the property which would then have to be paid again in order to sell the property. He was contacted several times, and failed to pay back the lien. This guy cannot be trusted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
He has last been seen contracting at the CORONADO apartment building on West 70th street in Manhattan.

This person was fired by me because he screwed up the whole job.
I had to hire someone else to change and finish what he screwed up.
I do quality work and expect others who work for me to do the same.
If you don't know how to do something then don't start the project in the first place.
In the end the client was pleased and I continue to make others who understand good honest work happy.
Just as I have been doing scince 1977.
