Georgia lock and key Overcharge for $100 Lock Buford, GA Georgia
Called to get our front lock on our business repaired. Never called with an estimate. When I asked he stated the girl up front approved it which she did not. I reviewed our cameras and he never stated cost. Charged $823 for a lock changeout. Never called my cell phone with an estimate. When I asked why it was so expensive they stated they are not Home Depot. I had this done at my other location and it was $80. Replaced entire lock with no authorization then they call for a card and want to place on file. Total ripoff. Do not use!
