GGlighing STAY AWAY!! You get what you pay for. We paid and got NOTHING!! These kids cant run a business!! Orange County California
Where do I start? Placed an order in December 2012, here we are, 6 months later, and I have nothing. I have sent emails, texts, called hundreds of times. I get the runaround or i get silence. I spent over $500 on a light bar only to be told "it wasnt in stock yet, I will have it in two weeks."
3 weeks go by, nothing. January 15th- called Cody, no answer. Texted Cody, no answer. Emailed, No response. I repeated this routine for nearly 2 weeks until January 29th I commented on their Facebook and Instagram pictured advertising their Chineese garbage. Their response? "Please email us at [email protected] and we will look into it." I sent two emails that very day. Nothing. My card had already been charged the day of my purchase for $545.00.
January 30th I go back to my posts on their pages- deleted. It's funny, anyone who hasn't received communication or complained, even professionally, gets deleted and/or blocked.
Feb 3rd, I called my bank to file fraud charges. They wanted me to wait 60 days due to the issue not being actual fraud. WTF? I texted the gglighing cell phone (thats how you run a business, by text?) and finally got responses saying there had been a backup in supply. I called the phone to try to get more info, no anwer. I am livid.
Months go by, things happen in my life and I am unable to stay on top of this stress. I have now been refunded by my bank after finally submitting a fraud report. I have still not heard anything from GGlighting. One has to wonder, where did my $545.00 go?
I am not alone. This goes on each and every day with many customers of gglighting. They do this to hundreds of people. Are they laundering peoples money to get a cheaper price by having a higher quantity on their order? The sad thing is many of these people who they are ripping off are younger and easily BS'd. Any complaint made on their facebook or Instagram is deleted. They also have no problem arguing back and forth with their customers over the internet. Unbelieveable.
2 friends of mine had made the mistake of ordering during my fiasco against my fair warning. One of them got his order, but was a lessor quality light than he had paid for. He is still batlling to get his replaced with what he paid for. The other is getting the "we are waiting for our order" BS story.
A simple search on Google yields many reports of unhappy people who ordered from GGlighting. It's no surprise they don't have a storefront or physical address. They would have a mob of angry ripped off people banging their door down for their money back. These kids cannot run a business.
Cody Morad- if your listening, do yourself a favor and take some business classes. You are a joke and a fraud!!
Please, do your homework. Don't just listen to me, look around on the web. You won't find one happy person. It's too bad (but not surprisingly) they are not BBB accredited, otherwise they too would be hearing it from many unhappy people.
