Giant Chevrolet They ripped me off by supposedly fixing the headgasket but it's still leaking RIPOFF Visalia California
After taking my car back to Giant chevy on several occaisions while it was under warrenty . I finally had another reputable mechanic shop test on their scanners twice without a charge to me . It showed coolant leaking into the thrid cylinder of headcasket.
I took it back to Giant chevy authorized them to tear it down and they had my car a whole week and still could hardly find the problemn I was diagnoised with twice. They sent the head casket to anoather shop to supposedly have work done on it.
Here it is a year later at the same month of jan. and I'm having the same problemn what can i do . I don't trust or believe there is any honesty or integretiy in this company and wish i could sue them. After all the stress and hard ache I've been put through these last two years with them. I have logs and documentation of everything that they supposedly did , yet never really fixing the main problemn when the car was under warrenty.
Please! Please! pLEASE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS there. You will only have hardache and suffering. Signed and burned up and not words can articulate how angry I am ex- customer
