ginuinesupermarket scam on imaginext toys, theft, ripoff unknown Internet **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
I purchased a imaginext giftset on the website ginuinesupermarkettop.com for $17.99. i got email confirmations which i still have proof of everything and at the bottom of my statement it said the price for the item will be different from what was posted on the website. I immediately sent an email to customer service or whoever the email belongs to asking them to cancel the order. No reposne. I then found a email for all inquiries and issues it was [email protected] so i emailed it trying to reach anybody from the company just to get some answers. No repsonse from the email.
Ive since sent numerous emails to the website and plead them to refund my money to my credit card and to cancel the order. The order was placed on Monday August 14th 2017. The order number is 54. ginuinesupermarket.top powered by Zen Cart. The item order is 1x Imaginext Dino Fortress Gift Set (bpz6A1007066) = $17.99. the order notice says Ekaeorder TradNo: sucess 201708150004085777 the seller from the website seems to be MAS*HUAQIBEI TRADE the transaction order ID:2017081454. the store owner email is [email protected] but i emailed that several times and never got a response from it. The transaction was made using my sisters debit card Danielle Lane she gave me authorization to use her card and will confirm i had permission to use it. She can print and submit the statements from her bank proving this website took the money out of her account but never delivered the product and will no respond to any emails ive sent. AT this point i just want the refund of $17.99 i accepted the fact that the advertisement was not real and a scam to lure people into thinking they were getting a deal and instead this website steals your money.
