This is to complain about Frameless Shower Doors, Inc. and their phone number is 954-757-2114. Their address is 11550 Wiles Road, Ste.2, Coral Springs, FL 33076.

We ordered four doors from this company back in July and paid down payment same day when contract signed. Last week, we finally had last two doors installed, but we're surprised that we were charged by $325 more than contract price. We refuse to pay and Christi Sparks (identified herself as vice president of Frameless Shower Door) threatened to take away the doors (they kept the installer stay in the house) if we don't pay them the extra money. After back and forth phone calls, we decided to pay them rather than left the doors uninstalled. We just don't like the practice to change price without notifying us and specially the threatening part. 

We refused to pay this extra and Christine reduced to $250.00 and said they would take the replacing door away if we didn't pay them right way. We were pissed off big time, because we were not given advance notice about the charge and under threat. When we told that we would make complain about this to BBB, she laughed and said "Go ahead, I pay people from BBB $500 bucks each time they come and I got A every year".

Some years ago a person or company wrote terrible things about me and my companies and posted them on Ripoff Report.com. I was told about this through friends and decided not to address it because I know all these things were false and ridiculous, but I feel its time to address this complaint. First off, as you probably know if you did any researh on this issue, there is no one in or around Coral Springs named Mrs. Garth. With that being said you can come up with answer to the next question. Who would write such a terrible thing about someone and try to bring him and his company down. Well I'll tell you. Frameless Shower Doors is Florida's first fully established frameless shower door company. We have fifteen full time emplyees and nationally known as the leader in this industry. We have showroom locations throughout South Florida and also boast being the only frameless shower door company to own its own fully functional manufacturing facility. Our turn around time is usually within 2 business days from the day that you place your order till it is installed complete. There is no one or company that can provide this service. We are fully licensed (CC #00-9334G) and insured. Our main showroom and corporate office is in the same location for over 20 years In Florida, there is alot of illegal shower door companies that are not registered or licensed at all. I have always have worked very hard with the authorities to try and stop this illegal activities for a number of reasons. The consumer has no protection or recourse when they retain a illegal company. Alot of the times we get the calls to try and fix what these companies have done to the consumer. Once a month, I personally go to the Broward County Building COAE Service Division (Contractor Licensing and Enforcement Division). I personally sit with cheif investigator David Burgueno and investigator Jim Martini and file numerous complaints against these illegal companies as to the Florida Statue 455.255 and Broward County Ordiance Section 9-14. I also show up on their court date to confront the company owners before the judge to state my concerns. I am a huge thorn in there sides and they know exactly who I am and what company I represent.
