Complaint Review: Glitterveins - Internet

It's all true! I signed up to the forum and since then I've received soo much spam, funny that this happens even though I created that e-mail for forum use so that people who know me in real life wouldn't know. My junk mail is currently at 50 something! I had seen samanthavv on other forums and she did do pornographic type modelling, she was always bragging about it and trying to get others to go on her sites or buy things off of her like knock off designer handbags. She is all about the self-promotion and money making but disguises it with this "caring mom" act.

All the links this girl has posted are false. I have proof of Breann harrassing Samantha. I have proof of Breann sending me porn. I have proof to Breanns admitted drug problems and eating disorders. This girl is nuts and is out for revengue. And I'm about sick of it. If she keeps this up I'm going to my local police and filing a report against her. This petty drama and bull crap has to end. all of the replies to the report i posted on samanthavv are her CYEBR FRIENDS she is using to not look so bad. i knew samantha vv in person. i'm the one that went to the cops after she harassed me. the story is completely flipped. i have screen prints of everything she is doing. the cops told her not to talk about me online, the next day she posts insane blogs about me and posts my personal information all over the internet. this is not a personal vendetta. this was posted because samanthavv has been in and out of psychiatric centers her whole life. she could be considered legally insane. i would never trust my information with her. i also know people who have been spammed because she posted their information. i will upload all relevent screenprints shortly.

I am a member of glitterveins and not only have I had a completely positive expierence, I have not once been asked for any personal information except my e-mail adress which has only been used to send me information about my own forum posts and feedback. I did not even need to include my mailing address (which I had to include for this site, go figure) Furthermore, I have spoken with the owner personally on several occasions and she is a fantastic person. YOU on the other hand are pathetic. How about you try to do something positve with your life instead of trying to make other people look bad? It's embarrassing. You need to stop spreading slander you sad excuse for a person. Everything you said is completely unfounded. Thus why no one is agreeing with you. That is not coincidently dear.

This report is not only a total fabrication, but is merely spam from a vengeful person. The person who created this report is only writing this because she is upset over being banned from a nonprofit eating disorder support forum due to bad behavior on the site, nothing more. I don't know about the site owners other sites (I'm sure they are harmless), but the site in question-glitterveins.com, is a fairly small eating disorder support forum; nothing dangerous, and with no information given to the site. It doesn't even take donations as far as I know. The creator of this report is, to put it bluntly, crazy and drug addicted; there is no reason to buy into what she's writing. She even lied about her city; she doesn't live anywhere near Beverly Hills, CA; that's just very weird to be writing there. And for the record, I have zero stake in the site; I'm not a mod, not a long time member, and I don't know anybody on the site personally or anything. This is just a combination of a cry for attention and a silly effort at revenge for being banned from an eating disorder forum, nothing more. It's very, very disturbing that somebody would take such claims to a place like this, but I'm guessing that this site probably gets a lot of that.

The girl who filed this report is a attention seeking, drug addicted liar seeking revenge on the owner of the website and the admins. I happen to be an admin and all information gathered on members is for the sole reason of the site. On all web forums to register you have to provide an email and the website records IPs. The ONLY time we use those emails or IP's is when someone like the girl who filed the report causes bullshit and drama and needs to be banned. We ban by username, email address and IP. If you wanna talk about porn the girl who wrote this report sent me porn to my email and I have minors that use my computer. I have the emails backed up in a file where the minors cant access them if you want proof of this I can provide it. I can provide proof of her lying and of her drug abuse that she has admitted to on the website. She is just mad because the owner of the site banned her and terminated the friendship with her. Also the owner of the site HAS a life. When members want stuff taken down she cannot always take stuff down that second as she is a full time college student with a toddler and another one on the way. But as soon as she gets a free moment she will take them down and that is the end. When a member leaves the site their log is locked and I can prove this. This report is completely false and used as a sad attempt at revenge. Also the girl who filed this report has lied about her location and the location of the "incidents" Neither one of them live in California they both live in Alaska.

I'm part of the Glitterveins community, and I have given out my phone number on the site. There have been no calls, no telemarketers, nothing bad. My information has not been distributed. Samanthavv is not anything like the original poster has made her out to be. I have not been asked for money, personal information, or anything that I would consider inappropriate. Glitterveins has been a wonderful community. It's not only a supportive place for me; it's a place to meet some great people who I know will be there for me if I need them, even though I do not know them as well as I would like to. I would like to see some of the evidence that the original poster has. Until I see some, I will consider this vindictive slander. These allegations are completely unfounded! People need to be aware of this!

None of the above information is true. Privacy of those who visit the sites is always respected, and should a member choose to leave, their information is deleted with the account. The owner has never sent or taken information from the members aside from what they chose to give, and has never used it for purposes other than conversing with that individual. If the person leaves, once again, their information is not retained. She always gains permission before posting another member's art publicly. She has never been involved in pornography. The person who wrote the report has a personal vendetta and was never directly involved with the running of these sites, so therefore does not have reliable information. It is worth noting that the name posted is for a male, yet the username is for a female. The name of this female is the same as one who has been harassing the owner for some time.

I own GlitterVeins, BreastIsBestBaby, AlwaysInMyHeart and CuddleBugClothing. I do NOT sell anyone's information. I never have, and never would. All of the information I have access to, such as IP addresses, email addresses, etc. Are all for administrative purposes. Emails from the forum are dispatched to the email the user's account was registered to, and IP addresses are used in cases where someone (like the person who posted this report in the first place) needs banned for inappropriate behavior and offensive conduct. I do have advertisements on my site, but the money I make off of them hardly equates to anything, generally less than a dollar a month for all of my sites combined. It's simply a way to help me pay for the sites. I don't make any profit off of these advertisements, and the funds to pay for these sites have come out of my own pockets. I have had instances where people asked me to take information, photos, etc off of the site, and I do so, however, I am not always able to do so the very moment they request it. I am the mother to a toddler, seven months pregnant, and enrolled in fifteen credit hours at my state university. I don't have the time to be constantly editing my websites at every users beck and call, however, when someone requests I delete or change something that THEY submitted, I usually do it the next time that I edit or update my site. Time is a precious commodity and I don't have a lot of it laying around. I have never done porn. That allegation is completely erroneous, and it is quite obvious that this entire report is just a way for a girl that I terminated a friendship with due to her drug use, risky behaviors and selfish attitude to get her "revenge." So please, reporter, please provide some substantiated proof for these obviously erroneous claims.
