I received a letter on August 10, 2009 from Global Consulting, Inc., stating I was the 2nd prize winner in the second category of the USA Mega Sweepstakes and the winner of $450,000.00. Enclosed with the letter was a check issued from G.M. Personnel, Inc. of 179 Franklin Street, New York, in the amount of $2,975.000, which was provided to help pay for taxes. I was asked to contact Chris Pope with the Claims Department @ (469) 277-2151 prior to cashing the check.

Where is the rip off ???? All that you have done is relay a letter that was sent to you. You have provided absolutely NO information about a rip off. How about filing a COMPLETE report outlining exactly HOW you were ripped off ?? Geeezzzz.
