Global Investigative Services Inc Ben Newman Claims they served me personally. Ben Newman signed an Affidavid of Service under oath. This is a complete lie. The description of me is way off and in fact the video I obtained from the building i work in shows that in fact he did not serve me Plainvew New York
This company was hired by the Law Office of Anthony A. Capetola specifically Nicole Gallo in order to serve me personally with a Lawsuit in Matrimonial Court. I became aware of a Motion filed against me when I got an alert from ecourts. After never being served I went to court on the 23rd of this month and was presented with AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE showing the process server they hired personally served me. I spoke with the clerk and advised them this is not true. After learning about this I contact the owner of office building I am in and asked them if they have security cameras on the building which they replied yes. I requested to view the footage which clearly shows on the day in question the process server never personally served me. Its as clear as day that Ben Newman of Global Investigative Services lied on an important document which the courts rely on to start a law suit. After learning of what he did I contacted him directly and called him out on this. I advised him I was very upset and all he could say he was sorry. I stated to Ben Newman this is very serious and if I didn't get a notification from e courts I could have been found in default of the allegations without have the opportunity of defending my self. Once gain I advised Ben Newman I know exactly what he did as the video tells all. In addition on another occasion he lied stating he personally served my girl friend at my home which never occurred. I will be filing a complaint with the authorities in order to stop this type of behavior so others don't get hurt.

We thank you for taking the time to write a review of GIS; however, it must be noted that you are not and have not ever been a client of GIS. In fact, you are an adversary to a client of ours in active litigation matter. Since you are not a client, nor have you ever retained GIS to perform any services for you, any level of your satisfaction, or lack thereof, with respect to GIS and its services is highly irrelevant and, quite frankly, biased. We feel very strongly that everyone is entitled to their opinions, but this certainly is not the proper venue for voicing yours with respect to our services. We wish you well.

Just received the video footage from my next door neighbor. It shows Ben Newman/Global Investigative Services located in Plainview pulling up in a Black Volkswagon SUV. He parks his car at the curb and proceeds to the walk way with no papers in hand (maybe they are under his jacket). Then one minutes later he returns to his car and backs up a few feet then he opens his window and you can see him looking up about one minute later he leaves. According the the AOS he personally served my girl friend which is not true. As I explained to him when i spoke he didn't serve my girl friend as he said. He left my divorce settlement agreement on my front stoop that contained personal and confidential information that any Identify Theif would love. That evening the winds reported in my area were in excess of 35 MPH. In the video you see the papers blowing down and accross the street. Keep in mind i came home 3 hours later. In todays world you can't do anything without having a camera to catch one in the act.
