I ordered twice within a close proximity of time to each other, on 9/11 and 9/20- two seperate orders.

I have recieved neither of them yet. I ordered rush, meaning by my calculations both of them should have already arrived (Especially considering Virginia is not very far from NJ). Even if the more recent of the orders is still in a grey area where bad shipment could be possible, the earlier package certainly is overdue. Both of them were billed timely on my credit card, however.

I emailed them multiple times concerning this. I recieved one generic response:

Customer,

your order shipped out in the designated timeframe (24 hours rush - 48 hours regular) and will be arriving very shortly, please be patient and enjoy! :)

on September 25 concerning my September 9th order. If this email was true and my order had shipped out in the desired time frame, I would have recieved my product far before the email! Especially considering I paid extra for rush shipment and the order automatically had supposed express mail.

I wrote back to them on similar lines to what I have stated, requesting a mail-tracking code for my product, seeing as that worked for a few people on this site So far, a few days later despite their "guaranteed 24 hr max response time" for customer emails, I have recieved nothing and so subsequently, I write here.

There customer service seems to be entirely unreliable- the one response out of many emails I have sent seems to be automated. And, no product as of yet. Makes all their claims to fast service seem very fake.

Customer, If you have any problems with any orders from our company, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you. I am unable to find your info based on the information you provided on this post, however, I would love to be able to help you. Since this post is so old (4 months) and I have already replied to it multiple times, without my actual reply being posted by this complaint only based website, I am not sure if you will see this post. If you do, please contact me direct at [email protected] or call 866-437-2748 mon-fri 9am to 4pm eastern std time. I am happy to help you , and if your order was shipping and lost or returned due to insufficient address, etc, I can reship, but cannot do anything without your info. IF you have a problem, it is much more efficient to contact us direct rather than hope we see your message on this "complaint only" oriented message board. While there are 1 in 1000 unhappy customers, 99.9% of problems are resolved within 1 business day of contacting us. We are an online company, we do ship every single order we receive, and therefore sometimes there are errors with the shipping company, mis spelled addresses, people forgetting to add their apt #, etc. However, if you ever have any problems, all you need to do is contact our customer service team, and we are MORE than happy to help you. This message board lists complaints of thousands of companies, including hewlett packard, walmart, etc. Notice it is a complaint only board. Therefore there is nothing but unhappy people. IT leaves out the 50,000 happy customers we serve each year, and only lists the 50 unhappy ones. We have less than a .01% compaint to satisfaction ratio, but the only people who take the time to post are people with problems with their purchase. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem so we can assist you. If we did not care about each and every single customer, we would not spend the time perusing a complaint board and trying to help every customer like yourself.
