Placed an order on 09/05/2005, and received two email confirmations of the order. Still have not received my order, and have tried emailing several times, as well as calling and leaving messages to no avail I highly recommend that anyone run, not walk away from this place, as their customer support is non existant.

They obviously have a disreguard and even a contempt for their customers, as they blantently ignore repeted contacts to try and rectify the situation. This company is lower than bad in my book.

I just want to say that I have been purchasing from this company for 4 years. I have probably purchased about 15 times. I have never had a single bad experience with them. When I needed help, their customer service team was more than willing to help me. My orders always arrive in a timely fashion, and I love the products enough to have been a repeat customer for 4 years. Though I see almost every positive review on here get slammed by complainers, I really do question if these are real complaints, or just their competitors making up bologna. Their customer service, shipping, and products are top notch in my book. That is my 2 cents. If they actually post this, I hope it helps people who read it, as this website seems like it is for complaints only. Imagine if they have 50 compliants out of over 1,000,000 customers, that is a great satisfaction ratio, but hard to understand beings this website is for complaints only. Not really fair to the companies who are listed on here. Almost every company I shop from is listed on here as a rip off! lol Anyhow, I recommend them highly. Keep up the good work HSS.

I've had the same experiences as Rocky...good ones. Ditto as well regarding HSS being an honest company....I'll go so far as to say that some of the complaints I read here about them are peices of fiction.

I have been ordering from this company for over 3 years, and never had a single problem. Their products are great and so is their customer service. It is odd that there are any complaints at all since I have ordered well over 30 times and never had a single bad experience. I give them A++ rating, and think whoever has a problem should just contact them rather than post this slander. Every time I have ever called to order, I get a friendly customer service rep on the line who is more than willing to help me. Perhaps you are calling them after hours or something. Also, I see they respond to every single complaint, which to me would mean they obviously want to help all their customers or they would not respond to any posts. Hope this helps any perspective customers, I think this company is very trustworthy and I think their products are amazing. I am a loyal customer and post responses whenever i see negative reviews for a genuine honest company like this.

Well.. Friday of last week i had been surfing hightimes.com and I came across the site, it looked legit. so i ordered. a few minutes later i just so happened to plug in the site's name on google.. lo and behold i see all these bad rip off reviews.. i spent hours at my job that same night trying to put a stop payment on the order... i even ordered a new debit card (for fear that my card #s would be abused) so here i am. frantic and angry. now the day is the 21st, only a few days after i ordered.. my stuff arrived, i read a review about how the package would only be 1/8th... i got the amount i specified. i also got the wild green stuff too. it looks kinda like whats on the site but not mirror image, but what does look exactly like its advertised. i havnt smoked it yet because i have to work. but i will report on that. Look guys i dunno what happened to your stuff. maybe it is a one man show, maybe hes doing the best he can. all i know is i recieved my stuff in a good amount of time. To Global Life Enhancements.. dude change ur name because its tarnished severely, and maybe next time around? do right by everyone if u arent genuinely trying already..

I called a phone number that was posted in another report and spoke with an individual that told me he was the web master. He gave me the email address of Derik who is the manager over customer service. I emailed Derik expressing my desire for him to help me in the filling of my order. Derik emailed me back the next day and stated this: "A 2nd package will ship out today ... '1' full ounce for the missing package / order. You should expect delivery within 2-4 BUSINESS days at the most. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know. Kind Regards, Derek Customer Support Team Mgr. www.herbalsmokeshop.com 609-407-1400 m-f 9am-3pm (eastern time)" True to his words, I received the package. I suggest that everyone that is having problems email the following email address, and include a copy of your origional order, as well as every email that you have received from the company since your order.
