When I first started reading these Rip Off Reports. I becamed confused with the maze of people I was supposed to send copies of my evidence to. So I made a point of finding out the essencial things to do. Contacting State Attorney Generals, FBI etc etc etc is fine but according to Jane Gorbacheva from the DOJ ultimately everything gets back to them. I'm out a lot of money already I don't want to spend any more then I have to on postage. This is a Federal Case, individual States though they don't have to usually defer to the Feds in a criminal matter. The steps I listed above are critical for every victim of Global Resources. The Pantheon Holdings Case also listed in The DOJ press release might have different attorneys involved in the case so find out who they are and follow the rest of the steps. As to being an impressive case. It's that already. Sol Farash told me "I know you see your loss personally and $15,000 is a lot of money but I see the big picture and there are individuals in this case who have loss hundreds of thousands of dollars" The more people that contact The Federal Attorneys the stronger their case gets. It also may add new names to the list of people to be investigated. Sol did not recognize some of the names I mentioned others he did. Sending your evidence to the Federal Attorneys and filing a FTC complaint,to my knowledge does put you on a list with people to get restitution but I'm not saying that's all you can or should do. I'm going to be talking with my Lawyer again soon so anything I'm cleared to share I will.

The closest I came to getting cheated was when a payphone didn't return my quarter. I spot this nonsense a mile away. Pantheon was running a business in a box con. Complete business for sale. They do all the setup and labor. You just sit back and collect all the income. All business in a box cons work the exact same way. Search here for international candle. Same exact methods. Different product. Candles instead of internet kiosks. Once you know what the signs are, this nonsense stands out like a stripper in a g-string at a church funeral. Unfortunately, many people have to learn the signs the hard way. By losing good money. The sad part of this whole thing is that the money is out there, somewhere. Frauds tend to spend a lot on drugs and whores. But there's no way to blow through the amount that all the victims lost. You're talking millions. Tens of millions. I read the fed's description and estimates of the total losses. Why don't you people start a yahoo group? It's free, and easy. Call it pantheon victims support group. Start tomorrow, and have the group up any running by the weekend. That way, all the victims can get together and make contact. As a combined unit, you make a much more impressive case when it comes time to prosecute the frauds. Plus, it will allow everyone to share in whatever restitution is made. Get the yahoo free email address. That's what I use. Then, get the instruction page that explains how to start and name your group. Good luck!

I am a victim of Pantheon and I have the same question as Paul from Anaheim. What about those of us who haven't retained a lawyer? can the federal government help us obtain restitution from these companies? or is it imperative that I retain a lawyer to get all or part of my money back? Can anyone answer these questions for me?...

Janet we'll have to figure out some way to get in touch that can only be done in Alamo Town. That way we know for a fact we are who we say we are.

By law the Federal Prosecutors have to seek restitution. Sol Farash was blunt it's not going to be easy. It does not mean it's impossible to get money. I have discussed a number of creative options with a lawyer I'm working with. I can't give you any details at this time but the lawyer did say Federal involvement is very helpful to my case. This type of wide sweeping Federal investigation creates all kinds of motivated people who don't want their next address to be jail. This is why it's important to help the criminal investigation it ultimately can help all of us victims.

Phil, I am also in San Antonio and have been defrauded by Pantheon/Global Resources. I also have an interest in making this work out somehow, so it would be great to talk to you. Unfortunately, I don't dare post my email address on this web site - you never know who is reading it. But I think if we all stick together, we can get something accomplished.

Great! Let the feds put some of the frauds in jail. That might prevent others from trying a con like this. But, the most important thing to the victims is recovering all or part of their money. What do the agencies you contacted have to say about that?
