Here's the rub. My service ended so we like millions of americans had out landline disconnected thinking our alarm contract was up. I received more bills and a threatening letter saying they were gonna send me to collections. I have a contract that they modified after I signed it. 


They are trying to get me for 51 months on another business's previous contract that they never properly wrote or disclosed the obligation to me. When I pointed out that they never properly executed or disclosed the year or months of contract nor was it signed by a Management approval - (which below it says the contract is null and void and not in force until signed) they repeatedly called me a liar, insulted my intelligence and berated me. I even faxed the original contract to them on 03/26 10 and followed up with a phone call by the end of the day. I was told "Annette is not available can I take a message. I left 3 messages over the next week plus. and my husband left one. I called again today 04/08/10 because I still haven't heard anything from them and would like a resolution. I was again told after giving my name that Annette was busy. I said ok well I have tried to get this resolved and will just give it to an attorney,


Not 1 word of common respect, understanding or willingness to resolve the issue.  When I again expressed that I would like for them to put themselves in my shoes and think if it were them or one of there loved ones (ironically, not knowing until tonight what their "mission statement" was.  





I did a little research and see that they have had 5 consumer BBB complaints in OR. in the last 36 months and 2 in WA. Keep in mind these are only the people who got angry enough to do the leg work and file the complaints!





My credit and moral / Ethical obligations are very important to me.  But I really have to say how emotionally distressed I was after trying so hard to resolve this. All I can say it good work is not recognized often but bad work is often immortalized by scars.

Hi,

We're having a similar experience with Global right now. Our issues have to do with the system not working. We've tried for months to have them fix it however no success. We finally just asked them to return it and now all we're receiving is rude emails from the owner. We started the complaint process with the CCB.

I just wanted to know if and how your issue was or was not resolved.
