When I filed my report, I was worried about this being a scam which was recently reported in Good Houskeeping Magazine that many of these are and the best way to get help with debt is to consult the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (debtadvice.org). Finally, About three hours after my report was filed, I received emails from Global that my money would be credited back to my credit card. Since those emails, I have received two different calls from people at Global wanting to set up my website. There seems to be a big lack of communication within this company and its affiliated companies. Today I received a call from Justin who is upset that I placed this report and he told me the reason my money was refunded was because I was told lies by David Wolfe who no longer works for Global. I advised Justin that I emailed "ripoff reports" that my money was being refunded as soon as I received confirmation from Global regarding the refund on June 7. Apparently "ripoff reports" does not update their website reports from emails. So, here is my update. My credit card statement shows that my money has been credited back.
