Globalreplica Scam ripoff garbage product New York New York and New Jersey
Have I been scammed? Have I been ripped off?
On December 7, 2006 I placed an order for two watches a Rolex (EX002) Explorer and a Patek Philippe (PAT007). The emailed confirmation (PO# 434211) only listed the Rolex Explorer so I called on 12-08-06 and spoke with someone who told me his name was David Hoffman. David assured me that both the Rolex and Patek would be sent out that day if I would pay COD Postal Money Order. I agreed to the terms.
The package arrived on 12-11-06 (great service).
I opened the package and found a beautiful looking Roxex Explorer and a Patek Philippe that was not what I had ordered the Patek wasn't even displayed on the web site.
I called (609-247-1991) on 12-11-06 and spoke with Joe who told me replacements were being sent that day.
I called (917-214-0412) on 12-11-06 and spoke with Johnny who told me David Hoffman would call me back.
I was called on 12-12-06 by David Hoffman who assured me that replacements would be sent, via overnight delivery, that day.
I called (609-247-1991) on 12-13-06 for a tracking number and spoke with Joe who told me the watches had not gone out but would ship that day and to call back on 12-14 for a tracking number.
I called (609-) on 12-14 and spoke with Chuck who told me the watches had not shipped, that the Patek was not in stock and that if I choose another type of watch the shipment would be made that day. I choose a Rolex Celine to go along with the Rolex Explorer and was again told that they would ship that day.
Today is 12-22-06 and nothing has arrived.
Have I been scammed is this a real business that will stand behind their product the way the company web site says it will?
I await a reply to my phone calls and my email.

this is my story... GLOBALREPLICA.COM IS THE BIGGEST SCAM GOING!! Hindsight is 20/20 and looking back, their scam is so simple...yet, they got me and many, many, many more. I wasn't the first victim and I won't be the last. GlobalReplica.com follows a very simple recipe and yet they manage to rip-off people at break-neck speed. Ok folks, here is the recipe that GLOBALREPLICA.COM uses: -You order a watch (internet or by phone). -You try to pay with your credit card, and you are told that because of the overwhelming amounts of fraud on the internet (how ironic!), so, your friends at GLOBALREPLICA.COM will advise that you can only pay via COD. BIG MISTAKE!! -Once your order is placed - you no longer have any friends at GLOBALREPLICA.COM. -You pay COD - and you are not allowed to inspect the package prior to payment....If you can inspect it, save yourself...I wasn't able to. So, I kissed my $ (over $500 but under $1000) goodbye. -They always intentionally ship out the wrong watch...which, by the way is 100% pure garbage and when you contact GLOBALREPLICA.COM - they tell you that it was a mistake that "RARELY HAPPENS" and to send it back to the address that had shipped it - WHICH IS A DROP-BOX!!! - When you call to ask about a refund/return or anything....THE CLOWN that answers the phone tells you that "YOU HAVE TO SPEAK TO THE BOSS, I WILL HAVE HIM CALL YOU IN A FEW DAYS." This guy answers the phones, fields the e-mail messages and is the only one that is there allllllllll day...HE IS THE BOSS. -Whether you ship the watch back or not....doesn't matter. What they send is worth about 65cents anyway. Swiss nothing - Italian nothing. They deal with straight GARBAGE. -In the end, If you did send your watch back (like me).then GLOBALREPLICA.COM has your money and the watch you have nothing. If you kept the watch, than you have the most expensive steaming pile of monkey crap on the planet. GLOBALREPLICA.COM IS NOTHING BUT A WELL ORGANIZED SCAM LED BY SOME CLOWN THAT NEEDS TO GET HIS JAW WIRED! -SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE REAL THING!! -OR JUST GIVE IT TO GLOBALREPLICA.COM WHATEVER SOUNDS BETTER TO YOU.
