I ordered & paid for a beautiful purple with lavender roses Telefora arrangement for Mother's Day. What was delivered was an UGLY, CHEAP LOOKING, arrangement that was NOTHING EVEN SIMILAR to the color, theme, nor style of what paid for! I immediately called the 800#, was told to call another 800# where I reported my complaint to Sheri, who is supposedly a supervisor. She asked me to email her a picture of the bouquet that was delivered, which I did, and she ASSURED me she would call back within a couple hours. NEVER HEARD BACK from her. Then got the run-around from them after I called several times for the next 24hrs. They have a couple of 800#s only to contact them & heard EVERY EXCUSE (TOO MANY ridiculous, idiotic ones to even list) about why there is no one to handle nor resolve complaints directly. Was told they are only the call center in Arkansas & complaints (if they are actually even logged) are sent via msg, to ??? All I wanted for resolution was for the correct arrangement to be resent to the recipient.
DON' T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! They don't deliver what you order, don't call you ahead and inform you that they are delivering a cheap, alternate arrangement instead, and don't care that you took time and thought choosing a special arrangement for someone. You're better off going to the grocery store and buying flowers there than using this company!
Well, 1 & 1/2 weeks later...NO phone call ever received. Had to call my bank so they could dispute the charge for me. Don't waste your time & money on their website...It's a SCAM!
