It's very common for companies to choose a standard shipper. USPS doesn't work for many large organizations because they don't track the packages the way FEDEX and UPS do. So you pay more for that service. $12 is CHEAP for a FEDEX delivery of just about anything.
So get over it and quit whining, Good Will is a great organization and if you just get off your couch and drive to the store, you'll find you don't have to pay anything for shipping! Go figure! It's totally silly and ignorant to blame a corporate CEO for totally standard shipping costs.
Good Will is NOT A RIP-OFF.

You use a search engine to see the Goodwill Annual Report - I do not equate a six figure salary of a CEO to that of a CEO who makes a Multimillion dollar salary of a company who has not seen a profit in a decade and not only constantly lays off employees but also gets a Goverment bailout or just is greedy period.
I have shopped Goodwill for over a decade and will continue to shop there regardless. The Salvation Army is also a good buy sometimes but I prefer Goodwill.
