Goodwill online Sent broken instrument and paid more than new in storee Internet
I ordered a musical harp and in the description it said "good condition". It arrived with strings misssing, no tuning key (essential) and crayon markings all over. I paid $35 and later found them new on the internet for $30. Goodwill did not respond to my complaint.
