Gordon Whittet - Motorcycles-wholesale.com Rip off artist, Gordon Whittet ($1,639.00) in his pocket, I have no scooter and he claims to be a christian Internet
On June 19th 2008 I paid, with a credit card, $1,639.00 to Gordon Whittet, Owner/Mgr. of Motorcycles Wholesale for a Roketa 150 Deluxe Street/Touring motor Scooter. I recieved a confermation that my payment had been recieved shortly after my order.
On June 22nd I recieved an email from Gordon Whittet with detailed info about my order, when I should recieve my order, what to do when my shipment arrives, and even to be sure to wear safty gear when I ride my scooter (like he really cared). He is a very good con artist.
When the bike never came and he stopped answering my emails, I knew I had been taken and I felt so stupid. One time he even emailed me and advised that he surly understood my concern and that he had recently been ripped off himself and told me of two people never to order from (????).
It is hard for me to understand how people can feel good about making money by ripping other people off. He knew that alot of people were trying to get scooters to save money on gas and evidently he decided to use that by pretending to sale motorcycles at wholesale prices.
His time will come, I am sure of it.
