Ultimately my goal on RipOffReport is to specifically state my findings. Before entering into any business relation i always perform a rigorous due dilligence to prevent fraud. AGAIN THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ONLY WANT TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE HOMEWORK LIKE I DID.

One of the First things i noticed when this website went up was that it was a direct COPY of CompaniesInc.com. This includes website layout, additional services/products offered, all incorporation information, business credit information even down to the privacy policy. I had noticed the similiarties when reading over the business credit section.

I contacted companies incorporated and asked them if there was any affiliation what so ever. they denied an affiliation. apparantly the copywrite (im assuming) is unlawful and unauthorized. Apparantly copywrite infringment is widely out of control in today internet marketplace. Anyone can steal information and use it as their own.

Nonetheless i did a company search on owners and operators. Jeffrey maziarz is listed on the nevada secretary of states Website as current owner. i performed a search on jeffrey maziarz on google and noticed several rip off reports filed on a company called Direct credit advantage im not sure if these other companies were created to cover up the isuses that direct credit advantage had or what. again im just speculating .

On goriskfree.com Directcreditadvantage.com and quickbizcredit.com are listed specifically as perferred lendors.( jeff maziarz is listed on both secretaries of states as managers and owners. im confused why quickbizcredit.com goriskfree.com and directcreditadvantage.com all ring into the same office. i called both number and the same people pick up responding with Two different names...? it just makes me a little nervous why two different websites offering the same services have different names. it seems as goriskfree is doing all the advertising.

it seems that the ripoffreports filed before were by companiesinc.. im sure copying of their website will in turn cause additional problems.

the next problem is deceptive advertising (example craigslist add below)

"4 Year Shelf Corp. (usa)

Currently, we have a 4 year shelf corp with up to 4 - $100,000 in lines-of-credit.

Complete Business Credit Package Included Generating all scores, and ratings!

Complete re-structure of ownership, and officers to fit your needs.

Access to Relationship manager every step of the way.

Get what you need today!

i called the office and asked about what types of funding options are available and i was told i could recieve up to 5 100k Lines of credit and secured funding of 1 million dollars..

do understand i am an HARDCORE wallstreet journal junkie who lives to understand the everchanging financial market. When i asked what banks were included in these unsecured lines i was told we would be dealing with traditional banks chase, wachovia, bank of america ect...

i contacted several of these banks personally through lending sources i acquired in the past and it seems right now the lending market is completely clogged. banks are being sold money is not being lent. when i mentioned this information i was met with a rebuttal stating they have over 200 preferred lendors whom can basically guarantee funding with a fico of 680 or higher. the only catch is i have to spent 10's of thousands of dollars.

directcreditadvantage.com states(direct from website)

"""""Referrals to Brokers that provide No Doc Credit for Unsecured lines of up to $500,000

Plan 1 - Plan 4

Referrals to Brokers that provide (all stated) Credit Application for secured lines of up to $4,000,000 Plan 1 - Plan 3

Referrals Credit to National Vendors (Like Staples) Plan 1 - Plan 6

Referrals for request for funding sent to over 200 brokers Plan 1 - Plan 5

Corporate Credit Card Applications for unsecured lines with major credit card companies Plan 1 - Plan 5 """"""

1. No Doc Credit checks mean ( no financials/ P&L statements ect) unfortunately with todays market place banks cant take on the risk of a company not making money. Right now Banks are mandatorily requiring either financials, P&L's or 4506 tax income verification forms. Very rarely will you ever find success getting a BLOC *bank line of credit* without making any money ( ESPECIALLY RIGHT NOW )

on a positive goriskfree.com is very informative. that information "SEEMS" to be unfortunately based on stolen web material from a company thats much more established. goriskfree.com was started (listed on nevada SOS website)

Action Type: Articles of Incorporation

Document Number: 20070852128-45 # of Pages: 1

File Date: 12/17/2007 Effective Date:

so basically less than a year old

goriskfree.com less than one year old? coincidence hmmmm?

this was basically brought to my attention when friend of mine was contemplating establishing a business credit profile/buying a company. He called to let me know that the contracts from both companies were exactly the same just with a different header In turn sparking my curiosity.

I hope this article has been informative..

These were my findings

1. all three companies had some people picking the telephone up

2. speculating stolen website/content from companies inc (copied website)

3. deceptive sales practices using unreal lending advertising enticing customers to purchase based on soles being funded.

4. unknowledgeable sales staff when asked specific funding related and economic questions.

oh one more thing. these companies promise and EXPERIAN CREDIT PROFILE. Experien does not work like Dun & Bradstreet in which information can be freely reported. i spoke to experien yesterday in which a rep stated that they build the profile themselves. We can not PHYSICALLY Report information in.

i conclude that these other companies were started to take the heat off of some other ripoffreport comments on direct credit advantage. again im just speculating. My intuition serves as my ultimate decision maker. in this case im nervous and not impressed. I HOPE AGAIN THIS LISTING HAS BEEN INFORMATIVE. ANY FEEDBACK IS WELCOME!

Go Risk Free Inc DOES NOT and NEVER HAS done any type of Financing

Go Risk Free Inc DOES NOT and NEVER HAS done any type of Financing.... I don't know what else to say. It sounds like this customer actually was working with another company who did not get them the financing, but Go Risk Free Inc has nothing to do with that as far as I know and I have worked here for a long time.

GRF scammed me for $9000

I dealt with Go Risk Free in Greensboro NC.  My salesperson was Josh.  I spent $9000 and received $0 in funding.  I did get a shell corporation which had zero financial history and was worthless and I got $50,000 worth of 8 year old debt which was past reporting anyway.

I jumped through hoop after hoop.  Often, I would complete a step and then they would tell me to do a step I had completed 2 weeks prior.  After the 2nd time I caught on and said I already had completed that.  "oh sorry, i was looking at the wrong file"  I heard that 4 times.  I was then sent to another company completely separate from GRF and rec'd nothing.  I called to complain and Josh did work there anymore.  But they would call me back....

I am sure that GRF will tell you I did something wrong but they never got a dime in financing for me.  I have saved every email and would love to hear what I did wrong.

I welcome the rebuttal.

Go Risk Free helped me jumpstart my new business and provided me with all of the tools that i needed. They helped me to bring in clients, and helped me manage my official documents that my business needed. they ARE NOT a copy of companiesinc or a coverup for DCA. they work great - i trusted them and so should you!

This report sounds very fishy to me, to say the least. I'm concerned that this person's "homework" consists of many made-up facts, especially considering that there are no quantitative facts or measurable statistics provided, only the word of the author.

In reality, I have checked several of the claims that this author has made and they have all checked out fine, contrary to this report. I urge caution to the readers as they read this, caution to don't always believe what you hear.

And while they're not perfect, they are anything but scammers. Unlike most other dot com businesses - they actually care about their customers, they're just not as tech savvy as they should be. I haven't had any problems using them, and in most cases, I'd recommend them over the alternative.. but each person has to decide for themselves, and my decision [based off of your report] is that they haven't done anything wrong. Again, definitely not a perfect company by any means - but they're fairly reasonable and definitely legitimate.

Go Risk Free Response - John was never a customer, and never ripped off

#15REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, February 28, 2009

It is unfortunate that this "John" in Ft Lauderdale has chosen to post such false and misleading information about our company. Go Risk Free has never ripped off any customers, nor do you even claim that you have been ripped off, yet you have by association, listed Go Risk Free on a "rip-off" website or forum. It is our belief that there should be some sort of penalty for people who post untrue facts or associations online without proof. The posting is filled with inaccuracies and we would like to see some PROOF from this John character, considering that he never claims to be a customer of Go Risk Free NOR ever ripped off, to his allegations. Anyone can quickly verify by checking that the information he posted is incorrect. Check our website. Check the BBB, Check our D&B profile, check with any government agencies, Check with the City of Greensboro where our company is Headquartered. Go Risk Free has no association with any of the other companies John has mentioned in his posting. Nor do our phones ring in to any other offices. For a time, Go Risk Free did outsource some of its call center operations to a firm in California, so we are not sure if this could be what John is referring to, but even if he is, it he is misleading the public with his posting as it is not factual nor accurate. Nor has anything in our website has been copied from any other company... It seems like John is pumping a competitor of ours throughout his posting, which makes us wonder why? Go Risk Free encourages ALL CUSTOMERS to contact us directly regarding ANY concerns about any of Go Risk Free's services. Our website is very informative and has lots of general and FREE information. We are the premier business formation, business plan, incorporation and company transfer service online, and we have MBA graduates on staff who can assist our customers with any complex questions. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at: Go Risk Free 101 S Elm St #222 Greensboro, NC 27401 (336) 271-6603 [email protected]
