govhudagents.com promises agents that they will be in position to list bank owned properties in your area. I paid them through Paypal. I spoke with Zach, from their company and he told me their "main Office" would be contacting me after the payment went through. This was late May 2010. I have heard NOTHING from them since. Many messages go un-answered, I put the Paypal payment in dispute. Realtors, stay away from this company.
