Hello Brad. Your chances of getting your money back from these crooks are slim to none. James Steinhubl is the head crook of all the ones in this bogus company in the Edmonton area. Sherwood Park is the name of a small city just outside of Edmonton. This is where the head crooks bogus company is located. Just type james steinhubl in the google search bar, and you will be amazed at the information that comes up about this criminal. Check out the ones that come up that are filed on the ripoff report website. In one of these articles, you will find the address and current cell number of this criminal. About the only satisfaction that you will get is by sending love letters to this criminal, or phoning him and telling him how much you love him. But it isn't worth it to waste any money over this person anyway. This criminal is one of several individuals under investigation by the RCMP for being involved in a giant fraud scam in this province. He and his partners in crime ripped several people off to the tune of 4,000,000.00 dollars. I am also a victim of this criminal. The more information that people can get out there about these crooks, the sooner they can be shut down. I plead with everybody reading these words not to have anything to do with great cars and trucks. Thank you.
Edward

Unfortunately the guarantee says that the form has to be POSTMARKED within 7 days AFTER the 90 day guarantee...that means you couldn't send it before the guarantee expired even if they received within 7 days after...it also means you could have sent it on the last 97th day and it wouldn't matter if they received if after the 7 days. Here's how I got my money back...I initiated a dispute with my credit card company, Great Cars and Trucks responded to the complaint and refused to honor the guarantee...then I complained to the Better Business Bureau about my credit card company and their decision not to issue a chargeback...my credit card company then issued a courtesy credit to my account...which means that they forfeited the money and Great Cars and Trucks is still $160 richer. I learned my lesson...never give out my credit card to a telemarketer making unsolicited phone calls until after I have checked them out at ripoffreport.com and the Better Business Bureau.
