Green Solutions Property Service Green Solutions Property Services contacted me about giving them an estimate and doing a repair on leakage in a foreclosure home at 14607 Twisted Pecan Ct., Houston, Texas 77015 on 04/23/2012. Invoice su Destin, Florida
Green Solutions Property Services contacted me via one of their field contractors Bob Church on 04/23/2012 to go to a foreclosure home and give an estimate on a repair needed for a leak in the roof. Estimate and agreement for repairs was for $325.00. Job was completed and invoice faxed and mailed for payment on 04/25/2012 to Theresa Scafidi. Have yet to receive payment for completed job. Contacted owner in Ohio, Douglas Fernbacher. Stated he would contact the FL office and get back to me about payment. This was three weeks ago. He has yet to return my call concerning this matter nor does he return messages left for him on his voice mail. His contact number is 614-610-1504. When I contacted him said he was the owner. It is My understanding that there is a class action suit against the company. I would like to be included. My company that was contracted for the service with Green Solutions Property Services is Genesis Cleaning Services.
