Green Valley Christmas Trees Refused to alter order CA
I ordered a Christmas tree online for a dying relative. I immediately afterwards saw this particular tree was being shipped from across the country to his home when they offered other types of trees that could be shipped from just a state away. Within 15 minutes of placing order online, I was on the phone with the company asking them to please substitute one of the varieties of trees that could be shipped from a neighboring state, told them to keep the extra money, just send quickly a fresh tree.
They said because the order was 15 minutes old, it couldn't be changed! I tried to explain the circumstances to the woman on the phone and she basically laughed and said it wasn't possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no one was available but she pass my info along. Never got a call. Heartless and deeply cruel people full of greed.
