Greens N Things ripoff, rude, unprofessional, dishonest, refused refund. Hanford California
We paid to have flowers delivered in a different city. The representative at the store told us that the flowers could be delievered before noon. The flowers hadn't arrived by 2pm so the person receiving the flowers called the store in her area that was responsible for delivering the flowers.
They made her wait more than 3 hours for the flowers and she finally had to leave the location of delivery before the flowers arrived. The delivery florist was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up on the caller when she told her that she could wait no longer and therefore to just cancel the order.
Neither store wants to refund the 68 dollars. We spoke to the original store that had placed the order and the owner was extremeley irrational and rude. She said we were liars and that she believed the florist in San jose who claimed that the flowers had been delievered at 4 and that once the driver arrived there the person refused them. That is a complete lie.
Furthermore, the florist in Hanford refused to give a refund claiming that she had done all she was supposed to do and that if we went in to get a refund she would refuse and instead charge a convenience fee for all the trouble. Absurd.
